1. Website information

This website describes SuccessByCS and its Post-Sales Reset. Visiting it or booking a call does not create an engagement, a payment obligation, or a guarantee of a particular result.

2. Booking and payment

The Post-Sales Reset starts with a short call to check fit. If it is a fit, Chris confirms the interview dates by email and sends a payment link for the fixed fee of 500 in the currency of your market (US$, £, A$, NZ$ or S$). Clients in New Zealand have GST added. Payment is made in advance and holds the dates. You can reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice.

3. Separate agreements

Any follow-on engagement is discussed and scoped separately. Scope, timing, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed only after the problem and fit are clear.

4. Intellectual property

The Sideways Funnel™ framework, its operating model, diagrams, evidence gates and associated materials are © 2021–2026 Chris Sparshott. All rights reserved. Sideways Funnel is a trademark of Chris Sparshott.

You may share the Sideways Funnel with attribution to Chris Sparshott and a link to this website. Reproducing, adapting or using it in a commercial product, service, course or publication requires written permission. Materials delivered in a Post-Sales Reset are licensed to the client for its own internal use.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
