1. Information we collect

When you book a call, the booking calendar asks for your name, email address and any details you choose to add. When you request the Agent Fit Worksheet, the form asks for your first name, work email, company and role, and records whether you agreed to receive occasional marketing emails. If you email us, we receive what you include in that email. The website itself stores nothing you type; form details go straight to HubSpot.

2. How we use it

Your information is used to schedule and hold the call, send you the worksheet you asked for, respond to your enquiry, and deliver the Post-Sales Reset if you go ahead. We only send marketing emails if you tick the box that asks for them, and every one has an unsubscribe link. We never sell your data.

3. Third-party services

HubSpot provides the booking calendar and the worksheet form, stores booking and form details, records your consent, and sends the emails. Google Analytics measures visits and which buttons are used. Cloudflare hosts the website. Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

4. Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visits. The HubSpot booking calendar may set its own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time.
